In our initial meeting, we’ll work together and create a detailed design brief to determine your needs and visions, plus the overarching style for your project.

The next phase involves brainstorming to create a mood board, so if you have images that inspire you or a Pinterest board, we’ll go over them and discuss how we can incorporate the things you love.

The first stage of the project is Space Planning, we call it The Challenge Stage, it’s the process of understanding how to organize furniture, fixtures, and fittings within a space effectively.

In the 3D Models Design phase, we will make 3D elevations to show the details of the design and facilitate the process of modification and selection of materials to be used such as furniture, lighting and other details related to the design in order to get the final design and approval.

After the final design is approved by you, detailed executive plans will be made for all the spaces and the schedule of quantities, in addition to determining the quality of materials and their specifications, which will be determined in coordination with you.

The tender documents will be prepared and a number of contractors approved by us will be contacted and we will hand over to them a copy of the specifications, detailed plans and tender documents so that they can determine the value of the bid and deliver it to us.

A date will be set for opening the submitted bids after receiving all bids and informing you of the date so that the envelopes will be opened in your presence.

A detailed analysis of the bid will be made in proportion to the prices in the market and the delivery period.

The contracts and related documents will be prepared and signed by all parties.

After the contractor’s approval, the site will be delivered with an official handover report showing the date of the start of work on the project.

During a project, there are often small or big changes you might make. We will work with you through the entire process and stay involved until the end to make sure that everything goes according to the approved plan and we will be available throughout the project period for your inquiries or clarifications from the contractor and we will prepare plans that include the changes that have been duly notified to the contractor.
• In addition to carrying out periodic visits to match the works that are being implemented.

في مرحلة التصميم الثلاثي الأبعاد ، سنقوم بعمل مناظير ثلاثية الأبعاد لاظهار تفاصيل التصميم وتسهيل عملية التعديل واختيار المواد التي ستستخدم كالمفروشات والاضاءة وباقي التفاصيل المتعلقة بالتصميم وذلك للوصول الى التصميم النهائي واعتماده من قبلك.

بعد اعتماد التصميم النهائي من قبلكم سيتم عمل المخططات التنفيذية التفصيلية لجميع الفراغات وجدوال الكميات بالاضافة الى تحديد نوعية المواد والمواصفات الخاصة بها والتي سيتم تحديدها بالتنسيق معكم.

سيتم تجهيز مستندات المناقصة واستدعاء عدد من المقاولين المعتمدين من قبلنا وتسليمهم نسخة من المواصفات والمخططات التفصيلية ومستندات العطاء ليتمكنو من تحديد قيمة العطاء وتسليمها لنا.

سيتم تحديد موعد لفض العروض المقدمة بعد استلام كافة العطاءات وابلاغكم بالموعد ليتم فتح المظاريف بحضوركم.

سيتم عمل تحليل تفصيلي للعطاء بما يتناسب مع الاسعار في السوق ومدة التسليم.

سيتم تجهيز العقود والمستندات التابعة لها وتوقيعها من جميع الأطراف.

بعد اعتماد المقاول سيتم تسليم الموقع بمحضر تسليم رسمي يبين تاريخ بداية العمل في المشروع.

أثناء المشروع ، غالبًا ما تكون هناك تغييرات صغيرة (أو كبيرة!) قد تقوم بها. سنعمل معك خلال العملية بأكملها وسنبقى معك حتى النهاية للتأكد من أن كل شيء يسير وفقًا للخطة المعتمدة وسنكون متاحين طول فترة المشروع لاستفساراتك او استيضاحات المقاول وسنقوم باعداد مخططات تشتمل على التغييرات التي تمت واخطار المقاول بها اصولاً
• بالاضافة الى القيام بزيارات دورية لمطابقة الأعمال التي يتم تنفيذها.
